  • Fill Out the Service Form

    Please fill out our service form completely, print it out to include in your suspension box. Also submit the form so we have a copy an additional copy on our end.

  • In The Package:

    Please write your first and last name as well as basic contact information and place inside the package. This is very important and streamlines the check-in process when your suspension arrives to our facility. 

  • Protect Your Suspension: 

    We recommend insuring your suspension for at least $2,500. We want to make sure your service is easy and cost effective when shipping us your expensive suspension components.

HOW TO PACK YOUR SUSPENSION

1. Lay the box flat on a surface with the lid open.

2. Line the bottom of the box with the bubble wrap supplied, ensuring it covers the entire bottom surface.

3.  Use cardboard divider supplied to separate both fork legs.

4. Place forks on both sides, ensuring the bubble wrap remains in place and covers the entire bottom. Leave the center section open for the shock.

5. Position the shock in the middle compartment with the reservoir facing upward.

6. Place an additional full sheet of bubble wrap covering all components, ensuring it exceeds the size of the box. Tuck any overlap into the sides and corners.

7. Place the setup sheet on top of the bubble wrap.

8. Close the box securely and tape all openings properly.
